How It Works

Employer/Sponsor
- Provide a structured training programme for a minimum of 12 months, with at least 30 hours per week.
- Assign a workplace supervisor to mentor and support the trainee.
- Offer compensation in line with Australian occupational trainee standards.
- Maintain full control over the work-based training in accordance with visa conditions.

R&R Scott Consulting
- Manage the entire recruitment and visa application process.
- Submit Visa applications to the Department of Home Affairs (DHA).
- Develop customised training plans to meet industry and employer needs.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and support throughout the training period.

Candidate
- Participate fully in the training programme.
- Adhere to all visa obligations for the duration of the programme.
